Really good Experience
good mojito interesting instruction helpful staff previous stay
Magdalena provided a very good Mojito demonstration. It was very fun and interesting. She allowed us to copy what she had taught us. I enjoyed that. I also attended Magdelena's Sangria demonstration, and that was great too! The staff was helpful. They remembered us from a previous stay. They are assets to this hotel.
The music around the pools was absent! Balls were also not allowed in the pool.

Charmed by the Tranquility
attentive staff superb dinners first-rate cleanliness
the staff showed amazing attentiveness, promptly addressing all requests i had. breakfast at portofino was a real treat (especially the pancakes!). dinners at oceano and portofino were superb, offering a diverse menu. i noticed the pool areas were cleaned meticulously each morning and evening.
I found that the gym could benefit from some updating. One of the treadmills was out of service.

My double room overlooked the pool. It featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room had a minibar stocked daily with water and soft drinks and a balcony with comfortable seating. i thought the soundproofing was effective.

Portofino offered a very good breakfast with great service, including fresh pastries and a variety of hot dishes. oceano served seafood. I liked the grilled octopus. the coco cafe had gourmet coffees and light snacks throughout the day.

the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby marina. the quiet location suited my preference. i thought the short walk to the marina had shops and restaurants.

warm welcome helpful staff relaxing massage
I experienced a VERY warm welcome from Anna upon arrival. Konte showed me around and helped me to my room. It was so helpful. All the staff at this hotel showed warmth and kindness. Nothing was too much to ask. My relaxing massage in the spa by Melody was really good!
I booked an adults-only holiday. on the last day, children were visible and audible throughout the resort. The hotel was only interested in its lucrative corporate client that day.

The hotel is a short walk to the pretty harbor. It makes a nice change to go out. This location offers a peaceful setting, and it is perfect for some relaxation and rest. The hotel provided easy access to explore nearby attractions.

The rooms include good facilities with several pool areas plus a variety of restaurants. The rooms are impeccably clean. The housekeeping staff cleaned it on a daily basis. My room included a large bed and modern amenities.

The facilities are good. I found a good variety of restaurants and bars. The hotel is adults only. It is VERY peaceful. I went away feeling reconciled after yoga with the lovely Isabel.

the upgrade to a beautiful suite was a nice surprise. the sun beds were very comfortable, a definite plus.
The service was inconsistent, it took an hour to get two cocktails one day. broken sunbeds need to be fixed. The hotel should address this!!

mixed feelings on my stay
poor location mediocre food
the spa was decent enough and the staff were generally friendly, i suppose.
the location wasn't great and required taxis to get anywhere. the room i booked was supposed to have a view, but i ended up staring at trees (which wasn't what i paid for, obviously). the food was consistently mediocre, and one night i even got sick after dinner (i suspect it was the fish).

the conference room accommodated a hundred people easily. the outside area served well for a lovely reception. staff restocked tea and coffee quickly when needed. evening entertainment offered excellent quality.

Charmed by the Relaxing Atmosphere
friendly smile cocktail sessions great service
Zak from the activities team was amazing. He always had a friendly smile. I enjoyed archery, stretching, and cocktail sessions led by him. Those were fantastic. He worked very hard. I was greeted with Cava during check-in. Leonni took me to my room and was friendly. The service was great.
The hotel told me they don't allow guests to open wine bottles in their rooms. They refused to provide a wine opener. I thought that policy was inconvenient. The hotel is quite far from other facilities. I would have appreciated more accessible water options.
